3DInCites Awards

As a community, 3D InCites brings to life the people, the personalities, and the minds behind heterogeneous integration and 3D technologies in a uniquely personal way. The goal is to inform key decision-makers about progress in market trends, technology development, design,  standards, infrastructure, and implementation.

For the fifth consecutive year, Impress Lounge will host the 3D InCites Awards Ceremony and Cocktail Reception, where we recognize excellence in heterogeneous integration technologies. This year’s event will benefit G1ve A Buck Fund, an organization established to raise awareness and fund critical research to find Kid Size Cures for childhood cancer. Following a brief awards ceremony, enjoy an open bar, appetizers, and join your semiconductor industry colleagues in fun fundraising activities.
