The Impress Lounge is a one-of-a-kind, turnkey hospitality solution designed to support your company’s sales and marketing efforts at Semicon West or Intersolar North America. There’s no better location to impress your clients and potential customers during the biggest tradeshows show of the year. Impress will handle all the prep work and onsite care. Your only responsibility is to show up.

Host sponsors at the Impress Lounge are given full access to catered meals, a fully stocked bar and a prime location right on top of Moscone’s North Hall at the B-Restaurant or Samovar, overlooking the Yerba Buena Gardens, with views of the San Francisco skyline. You can entertain customers, hold press meetings and meet all the top industry movers and shakers in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.

All you need to do is sign up, show up, and be prepared for success. We’ll handle the rest. Here are the opportunities we currently have left to offer for 2017:

Lounge Host (SOLD OUT) – $50,000

  • Your own company branded hospitality space at the Lounge to host customer meetings and press interviews throughout the entire show
  • Fully staffed and catered for 3 days, including breakfast and lunch, as well as snacks, refreshments and cocktail reception
  • Your brand prominently featured throughout the Lounge, as well as directional signage on the sidewalk in front of Moscone North and welcome signage at the entrance
  • Free wireless Internet access for you and your guests
  • Fully staffed reception desk
  • Event promotion
  • Invitations for 50 breakfast and lunch guests per day
  • 50 invitations for your guests to the 11th Annual Impress Labs SEMICON West After Party (Tue) or 5th annual Intersolar After-Party (Wed). Branding at the parties not included. Separate party sponsorship available

Guest Lounge (SOLD OUT)  – $12,500

  • To cater to smaller budgets, Impress Lounge has now opened up a Guest Lounge package for five companies at the Samovar Tea Room. Participation in the Guest Lounge allows you to extract maximum value out of the show without breaking the budget.
  • A designated meeting space (8 people) in the Guest Lounge throughout the duration of the show, as well as 10 additional access passes per day for open seating areas throughout the Impress Lounge, based upon availability
  • Fully catered for 3 days including breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments throughout the day
  • Full bar throughout the week
  • Company logo recognition on Guest Lounge banners, including directional signage on sidewalk in front of Moscone North and welcome signage at the venue entrance
